THE SCALEX DIAGNOSTIC / FOR FOUNDERS
Before deciding what to do next, it helps to understand where you stand. We review your pitch deck, ask targeted questions and assess the evidence across six dimensions. The result is a scorecard and practical priorities for the next 90 days. Offered at no cost to founders, with no membership required.

01 / THE SCALEX DIAGNOSTIC FRAMEWORK
Evidence of product-market fit, traction and the operating model needed to grow.
Decision rights, financial visibility, board practices and organisational discipline.
Funding requirements, capital strategy, investor readiness and financing fit.
Founder roles, leadership capacity, hiring priorities and organisational resilience.
Customer concentration, competition, economics, channels and market opportunity.
Cap-table design, alignment of interests, shareholder expectations and future pathways.
02 / HOW THE DIAGNOSTIC WORKS
We start with the information you already have: your pitch deck. We look for strengths, unanswered questions and assumptions worth testing, then follow up where more context is needed. The result is a structured scorecard and three practical priorities for the next 90 days.
Start with the pitch deck. We review the company's existing evidence and identify any information that needs clarification.
Clarify the gaps. We send targeted questions and capture the founder's structured responses to improve evidence quality and confidence.
Build the scorecard and roadmap. We assess 30 indicators, flag material risks and identify three practical priorities for the next 90 days.
Review findings together. A structured conversation helps interpret the results and explore next steps; any additional support is optional.
03 / FOUNDER TRUST
The diagnostic uses founder and company information to conduct the assessment and relevant follow-up. Evidence is reviewed internally, and findings should not be shared externally without an appropriate basis. Aggregated or anonymised learning may inform future improvements, with due care for confidentiality.
We agree on the appropriate way to share company materials during the engagement. Membership applications do not require a pitch deck; this is a separate, optional assessment process.
